[Bug 41175] Firefox tooltips are partly black

In fact, this also happens with other Firefox windows, e.g. when you try to
download an EXE file, a dialog with "Would you like to save this file?"
question will appear, and sometimes it also has black background except a
rectangle of the (smallest?) previous tooltip size.

This doesn't happen with Wine-provided dialogs like Save As dialog (which opens
by Ctrl+S).
