[Bug 5849] oleaut32 -WinAmbulancia -couldn't set the actual date

With Wine 1.3.6(a)Ubuntu 10.10 and Winambulancia 6.8, I get the same results.
Either a regression, since the program was able to run some time before, or
change in the program. I'll try with older version of both Wine and
Winambulancia.
