workaround_outb_inb.patch

This is not strictly needed for this bug, but after the security cookie
workaround it avoids the crash in winedevice.exe about the priviledged
instructions outb / inb, and makes a few more infos like a cpu frequency shown.
Unfortunately I don't know what this instructions should produce, so
this workaround just ignores them.
