[Bug 19531] Earthworm Jim: Turning on sound effects lock up the game.

I can't test if it works on the latest git as it now freezes when loading the
game on 1.3.36 or the latest git if the windows version is set to 95 or 98. And
if it's not set to either of those then you can't enable sound effects.
