First make sure you have Wine debug symbols installed. If you compiled Wine
yourself make sure it's not stripped - run it from the compile directory
without installing.
Second, please run Wine this way and attach complete terminal output:
WINEDEBUG=+synchronousm,+tid wine /home/tc/mt4setup.exe
