Log from running GPU Caps Viewer

OpenCL does not seem to initialize after
f91c009786fa09723976dce0233592f69df5cead.

Tested with GPU Caps Viewer (From Geeks3D) - the OpenCL "Info" tab does not
show any devices. The CL Platform is listed.

None of the CL Demos work.

Graphics adapter: nVidia RTX2070
