[Bug 33993] Microsoft Jet fails to install

Yes, the app does actually fail to install (and yes, I am scared by those
failure messages!).

$ export WINEARCH=win32
$ wine Jet40SpP3_comp.exe
wine: WINEARCH set to win32 but '/home/irs/.wine' is a 64-bit installation.
$
