tried using the regnum fix:

sudo setcap CAP_NET_RAW=ep /usr/bin/wine
sudo setcap CAP_NET_RAW=ep /usr/bin/wineserver
sudo setcap CAP_NET_RAW=ep LaTaleLauncher.exe

Also applied it to the ogplauncher, Still gave the error.

LaTale also requires GC_DONT_GC=1 before the wine command on the downloader for
the client, since it's pandomediabooster.
