[Bug 41264] Dead by Daylight: EULA text isn't visible

Setting riched20 and riched32 to native doesn't solve this issue. But now I
noticed that a dialog appeared because steamwebhelper.exe crashed at the time
the window with the EULA was shown. Maybe this issue is just caused by bug
#38960.
