[Bug 29626] OrCAD Capture - Lite 16.5 hangs on start after main window appears

Yes, you all are right. It's my fault.
To my shame I've messed up with settings. I reset it and everything is ok!
Thanx to everyone.
I guess the case is  closed.

P.S.There is a little bug with nonterminating Capture.exe after exiting, but
it's another case.
