http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26429 --- Comment #5 from Edward d'Auvergne <true.bugman(a)gmail.com> 2011-03-16 09:03:19 CDT --- The message err:module:load_builtin_dll failed to load .so lib for builtin L"winegstreamer.dll": libgstapp-0.10.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory is due to the wine setup steps and not the MS Office part. It is not shown if ~/.wine already exists. I usually get a number of these error messages on fresh installs, but fix most by installing the i586 dependencies by hand (this is a x86-64 system, so a lot of the wine dependencies are not installed by default, and the 64 bit libraries are not touched). How do you create a '+file log' file? My guess is that this is a package issue, as I have tested the old 1.2 version of wine in which the installation worked without problem (on Mandriva 2010.0). Now all wine versions on Mandriva 2010.2 have this issue, on two separate systems. The upgrade between the systems was a reinstall, so the old i586 libraries were lost. I would expect wine to print out a message though so that it is easy to pin-point the problem. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
