fixing attempt 1

observations from windows 7 ultimate service pack 1 x64 (cheat engine didn't
work in windows xp professional x64 edition service pack 2):
• TB_SETPARENT message changes which window gets forwarded WM_NOTIFY
• WM_NOTIFY message is forwarded using SendMessageW (even if original WM_NOTIFY
message was sent using SendMessageA)
