[Bug 56714] Startopia is stuck on a black screen on launch

Sadly the demo build (Beta 2001.5.15.1) crashes even with WINE 8.3.

On the other hand even on WINE 9.9 it displays the loading screen and plays the
background music before crashing, while the full game does not even reach this
step.

A notable difference between the demo and the full game is that the demo does
not include any intro video.
