[Bug 17019] Wine doesn't merge HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes into HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

This breaks uTorrent's file associations, which are written to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes, where they get ignored since
HKEY_CURRENT_USER isn't merged into HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.
