[Bug 40823] Stone Giant demo crashes after launch

Ok I got my audio setup somehow corrected that's bug 39524. Launching this demo
works now. There are some voices which I couldnt hear before also I can't
replicate the crash.

BUT. I noticed that If I change the resolution 1920x1080 from the default and
launch the program I do get a crash.

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be
non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index

But that looks like mono-bug?
