Because installing this nativ stuff make things broken working!

game needs some nativ directx pieces, that would not be installed without
dxsetup....

game doesnt start without wmvcore.dll....wmvcore.dll doesn't start without
nativ quartz....and so on...

if i install only the game i hand on starting and the already known complaining
from the main class, that it could not load the wmvcore.dll file!
