[Bug 46506] Why are you still not using Vulkan for WineD3D for D3D9, D3D10 , D3D11? Why are you still using OpenGL?

The mailing list is really more appropriate for inquiries like this, but the
short answer is that we are in fact working on a Vulkan backend for wined3d. We
also tried working with the DXVK project; that didn't work out.
