[Bug 11952] Display problem with Notepad++ 4.8.2

i downloaded the npp.4.8.2.bin.zip now and deleted all old stuff (files,
regedit)
but my userDefinedLang.xml is already in the installation dir of notepad++.
now it will be displayed great but when i click on settings -> prefrences the
toolbar isn't there :-(
there's some other display problems... i dont know what goes wrong :-(
