[Bug 51497] Mouse cursors are broken in Photoshop CS2 and Photoshop 7.0

In Photoshop 7.0 it can be seen when you choose the brush tool and then try to
change its style. In this dialog you'll see a weird white square underneath the
pointing hand cursor.
