[Bug 11742] Small .net 1.1 app (FastMD5 1.3) fails to start up

Dang, with wine-1.0rc1 it's crashing differently on startup.
I removed the GAC kludge from winetricks, then did
  rm -rf .wine
  sh winetricks dotnet11
  wine fastmd5-1.3/setup
  cd .wine/drive_c/Program Files/FASTMD5
  wine fastmd5
and it crashed with a dialog
  Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
