wine output with WINEDEBUG=+ddraw,+d3d

Here’s the combined terminal output for +ddraw and +d3d. Number 4 because I’ve
saved the 2nd file for pure SMAC (without Crossfire), 3rd solely for d3d and
4th solely for ddraw.
