Nothing has been fixed in Wine regarding to this bug, it's the latest version of Bitcomet that is free from the problem. Previous versions still have the bug.
Changing status to 'Upstream'.
'Upstream' is for libraries that wine depends on. In this case it should be 'abandoned' if the problem is no longer reproducible with new program versions and the old is no longer available.
