minimal reproducer

Minimal reproducer for the ungetwc() problem.

Build with MSVC:

cl -MD repro.c

or mingw32:

i686-w64-mingw32-gcc repro.c -o repro.exe

Run:

# echo -e '\xef\xbb\xbfhi there' > Makefile
# wine repro.exe
hi there
# echo 'hi there' > Makefile
# wine repro.exe
#
