Thanks. Patch fixes the issue in Unreal Tournament, Tomb Raider 5 (with
disabled sound, windows xp mode) and Tomb Raider II (with disabled sound,
windows 98 mode).

For fixes issue in Tomb Raider III and Tomb Raider 4 (Windows 98 mode) still
need reverse 6120d7cc14522983fbc38026ab4fcb6e4a68cdf0 commit (winealsa.drv:
Init
mixer on cards with a single Mic control).
