No this refer when open game (game dont begins, dont show main menu), game dont
charge but 1 cpu core goes to 100%, ACTOFWAR.EXE process remains active but
when you try closer (after some time waiting game begins: around 10 minutes)

Process still remains, try closer using xfce4 taskmanager as sudo but dont work
too, only way is shutdown machine
