[Bug 10067] Steam Failed to set file attrbutes

I have a work around,
Intall steam to wine's C drive (~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/)
then sym link ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/Steamapps to your steamapps
folder of your windows install eg /media/windows/Program Files/Steam/Steamapps
