This error happened when I tried to run /Home/.wine/drive_c/IRTI/Setup.exe
again:  

1608: Unable to create InstallDriver instance,
Return code: -2147221164

I downloaded the zip file, copied it to /Home/.wine/drive_c/, ran the extract
with the option to recreate directory structure, then failure happened.
