[Bug 40413] Crashes after start of application Vermoegensbilanz and accepting license terms

You can download the failing application from 
www.wokal.de/tl_files_download/setup_vermoegensbilanz.msi

You can then run the app for ten testing days (not consecutive).
When the ten days have run up you have to reinstall the app again in a clean
env and can run it again for ten testing days.

The crash happens after confirmation of the licensing requirements and the
number of remaining test days.
