[Bug 31467] Angry Birds crashes on start

That didn't occur to me -- I'm using the Angry Birds EXE installer v2.1.0 and
had a similar crash as is described here, so I assumed it was the same program.
It's timestamped as downloaded June 18, 2012; close to the time this bug was
posted, so it's likely the same program. You're correct, though, that we can't
know for sure, especially since the crash log has been removed from Pastebin.
In any event, I got it working, so, huzzah! XD
