[Bug 10480] Safari refuses to load secure URLs

I tried overriding secur32.dll with the native version and now I get this error
(from the web server):

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.

...so we're getting closer.  Any suggestions on something else I might try
overriding?
