I changed the DPI back to 96 (default) and they work as expected/intended.". I set the Command & Conquer 3 resolution to match original screen resolution manually. Its likely related to this line in the output: "info: Process set as DPI aware" Could it be that we need to manually DISABLE DPI awareness for games?
