[Bug 20369] Word 2003 crashed when inserting a user from in visual basic editor

In wine-1.2-rc2-91-g4ae5325, I'm no longer seeing a crash from this, with or
without an override for riched20. 

Without an override for riched20, the Visual Basic Editor now throws up an
error message that says "System Error &H80040110" when you try to insert a
UserForm. Setting an override for riched20 fixes it.
