Still occurs with wine 10.17. Current workaround is to remove
handle_foreground_lost from dinput_main.c, which I wonder if it's really
necessary as NOTIFY_REFRESH_DEVICES is send just after it. It unhooks the
cbt_hook, and can't catch the focus in afterwards.
