[Bug 13352] Office 2003 doesn't install if custom install is used

The new heading is not correct. Office 2003 does install with a custom install,
though there are other problems with it (but that's a different bug). The
problem in this bug is what is described in comment #4: when doing a custom
install, the option to "Install entire feature" is always grayed out for all of
the items. Each item has to be selected individually.
