[Bug 20050] Program installing correctly, but not running

Sorry for taking such a long time to respond but I'm up to my head with a
server installation. Anyways, yes I've tried it cd'ing to the folder, I've
tried it with start, I've tried it with the menu, etc. But anyway I try it I
get the same message. I've also tried putting some of the drivers in the
system32 folder and still out of luck.
