Please make sure you don't have an AppDefault key setting it back to disabled for iw4sp.exe
I'm not aware of such setting. I was carefully watching and saw a difference, so registry setting was applied correctly. The tiny difference is when i use "StrictDrawOrdering"="enabled" then in most cases on a first shot or shots with long pause in between do not show artifacts (but won't produce smoke either).
