[Bug 29075] certificate error while open https://www.google.com or https://mail.google.com with wine chromium

Still present in latest Chromium + latest Wine, doesn't effects Chrome+Wine ,
seems there are some different between Chrome and Chromium.

I'll try to find out whether it is a regression of wine.
