[Bug 25049] Mathcad 12: failed to create Compute Engine

Before installation Mathcad 12 looks for a mdac_26 or newer and MSXML 4.0 or
newer. If you don't have them, Mathcad installs required components
automatically.

Yes, I tried winetricks for your advice but nothing changed.
