Or rather WINEDEBUG=+winmm.  Maybe both.

Here's the list associated with winmm:
dlls/winmm:               driver mci mmio mmtime winmm

Try for seemingly the most relevant debug options:
WINEDEBUG=+driver,+mci,+mmio,+mmtime,+winmm
