[Bug 40271] Can't start UPlay: "Connection Lost" error

Uplay was again updated, and it seems  that now the fix doesn't work anymore.
I did some tests with wine 1.9.17 with this patch and in those last days I was
never being able to connect (while it downloads updates for uplay)
