When I run the program, which is needed .NET Framework 4.0 and, may be, SQL
Server, I get: "Error parsing
C:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\config\machine.config
Parser returned error 0x80004001"

If I will rename folder "config" nothing not will change!

I have already installed msxml6 first, then msxml3. Nothing not changed!

Other application run with .NET 3.5 SP1 normal.
