Thanks a lot! I created the symlink:

cd "~/.wine/drive_c/users/$USER/Local Settings/Application
Data/1password/app/6/"
ln -s x86/sqlite3.dll ./

After doing that, I could use the Sign In screen correctly, and it could even
detect that I used the wrong information. Once I used the right information,
though, I got a new crash: Unable to find an entry point named
'BCryptDeriveKeyPBKDF2' in DLL 'bcrypt.dll'.

I'm attaching the stacktrace here, but should I open a new bug for that
instead?
