[Bug 44779] Office 2010 HUP German: setup.exe fails with " Installation language is not supported"

upgraded WINE to stable version 3.0, using a different OpenSuse repository.

- tested at first, again with a new wineprefix, to install as written in APPDB
"just run installer" - same error than before

- tested with winetricks msxml3: New error (summarized, from German): MS Office
2010 needs MSXML 6.10.1129.0, please provide and start again ...
