The installer finishes successfully. I suspect OP recycled an existing/broken WINEPREFIX. Resolving 'WORKSFORME' unless someone proves (logs!) that Wine was indeed broken with LabVIEW installers and got fixed at some point. Even then that would have been most likely a duplicate anyway.
