[Bug 52102] outSPOKEN 3.0 demo crashes after error "Accessing unknown VxD 3167"

I shouldn't have said that outSPOKEN crashes immediately. It actually puts up a
dialog which says "Error in Keyhook.dll: C:\Osw\VKHD.VXD not found" and then
crashes when you click OK. The error message is not exactly accurate because
C:\Osw\VKHD.vxd does exist, but Wine fails to load it.
