Yes this is still an issue and yes you will need a joystick with force feedback
to test it. Unless you can trick the game into enabling force feedback. I have
a Microsoft Sidewinder Forcefeedback 2 joystick I am using to test this. I also
have several other non forcefeedback joystick devices. Only the sidewinder is
detected by wine as having forcefeedback.
