I had to stop the install at c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\RegSvcs.exe /bootstrapi and run this command separately, which successfully completed. Started installation a second time and it stopped again at this point, killed process and it went through to: c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\migpolwin.exe -migrate 1.1.4322 1.0.375 Killed off install and ran this separately and it finished successfully.
