[Bug 56452] Wingdings font seems not to be found; regression test done

Hi,

in my case it's very simple to reproduce:
- start Wordpad
- write something with different fonts. 
- some fonts work, some won't work (e. g. WingDings)

Everything worked fine with old Wine 9.0 stable
