When trying to run 64bit firefox from
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk/ (zip
package), I get error that MSVCR100.dll failed to initialize and firefox
doesn't run:

wine: Call from 0x7f749c797cf8 to unimplemented function
KERNEL32.dll.RtlPcToFileHeader, aborting
