Jan, could you please attach +sync,+winsock trace for that issue? I thought
only 4 functions can generate completion messages - WSASendTo, WSARecvFrom,
AcceptEx and WSAIoctl (first 2 are hopefully covered, AcceptEx not implemented
at all, and I doubt WSAIoctl causes the bug).
